A Detailed Explanation on How to Assemble a Winning Backroom Staff.

When you take control, of a club one of the most important areas to consider is the backroom staff.
Any member of the staff will always accept the “mutual termination” offer upon the new arrival of a new head coach for varying levels of compensation. Players should check the season budget to make sure the club can afford it before making any rash decisions
New staff can be hired through the job center by placing an advert for the desired position, whereby candidates will apply and can either have their applications accepted or ignored. The assistant manager can be assigned to filter out unrealistic targets through the team settings menu.

Alternatively coaches can be searched for based on desired stats by going through the head coach option and selecting “search” and then “staff.” The view filter will display the attributes of each coach as well as their current club (if they are with one), salary, and current contract expiry date.
Finding a coach with the right stats who is both willing to work at the club and do so at a price that is affordable is one of the most difficult aspects of the game. Upon finding a coach that suits the needs of the team it is often advisable to tie them to the longest contract the board will allow. Typically if they are going to sign for three years they will happily sign for five without asking for any additional money.

Taking a coach with the appropriate attributes and then un-checking all other areas of coaching will result in a seven star rating for that coach for that area. A coach can only give a seven star rating for one area at a time. Even if a coach has the stats for another area, a seven star rating will only be achieved for the assigned area. Additional coaches assigned to that area will affect the workload but not the overall rating.

Los Angeles County coroner’s spokesman Craig Harvey says determining the cause of Michael Jackson’s death will require further tests that will take four to six weeks.
Harvey says there were no signs of foul play or trauma to the body. He also says Jackson was taking some unspecified prescription medications.
The spokesman says Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter is with Jackson’s family.
Police investigating Jackson’s death Friday were seeking to interview one of the pop king’s doctors and seized a car that they said may contain drugs or other evidence.
As the three-hour autopsy began Friday morning, police towed a BMW from Jackson’s rented home “because it may contain medications or other evidence that may assist the coroner in determining the cause of death,” police spokeswoman Karen Rayner said.
She said the car belongs to one of Jackson’s doctors whom police wanted to interview. Rayner stressed the doctor was not under criminal investigation.
The Los Angeles Times has identified the physician as Dr. Conrad Murray, 51, a Las Vegas cardiologist, and reports that Murray was administering CPR to Jackson when paramedics arrived.
A woman who answered the phone Friday at Murray’s clinic in Houston confirmed to The Associated Press that Murray was Jackson’s cardiologist. The woman, who refused to give her name, would not confirm the Los Angeles Times report that Murray performed CPR on Jackson.
The Los Angeles Times cites other published reports saying Jackson had received a shot of Demerol before going into cardiac arrest.
The Texas State Board of Medical Examiners Web site shows no complaints filed against Murray in the four years he’s been a licensed cardiologist in Texas.

a little review from this blog:
Track 1 – Reminds me of their title track from their previous album titled 라라라 (La la la). There’s that feel to it. Get the hang of it and it’s stuck in your head! One problem though… i don’t see how Yurisangja is involved in this song… hm…..
Track 2 – My fave track. Simply beautiful. Love Yong Jun’s beautiful soft voice. This song touches the heart. Way to go!
Track 3 – Another track sounding similar to track 1 but with nice violin instrumentals. There’s this SG Wanna Be touch to the song that goes back to their third album.
Track 4 – Here’s the first of the rockish track i mentioned about guitar music. Starts off with Yong Jun and then comes in Jin Ho’s strong voice. Sounds like a classic. Once again, the lyrics are beautiful. It expresses a person’s devotion to the person they love. It’s an expression of love, to protect the person and love them until the very end. Still, the words that couldn’t be said, “Only you…”
Track 5 – The song would be perfect if MJ’s English was a bit more fluent at the beginning of the song. But! His rapping in the middle of the song was just soooooo goooooood!!! Kind of reminds me of Kim Jun of T-Max at the start lol.
Track 6 – Member Lee Seok Hoon sang very well in this song. I guess it’s because he had more significant parts to sing 
Really like him in this song.
Track 7 – Another beautiful slow ballad track that i love. And yes, my fave member Yong Jun sings with a very heart touching voice. The lyrics is simple and nice, yet so sad… 
Track 8 – Once again, a song expressing the importance of the person they love in their life. SG Wanna Be lyrics are always so nice~
Track 9 – A sad song about separation. Unable to forget a person, waiting for the person to return until the very end.
Track 10 – A lot of repetitive words to keep you on track! 너 때문에 (Neo ddaemune – Because of you), 나 때문에 (Na ddaemune – Because of me) lol
Track 11 – A more upbeat CLASSIC track! Very different. Lyrics written by Yurisangja member Lee Jae Kyung. That’s why it’s different. After listening to many SG Wanna Be songs, and if you can recognize the composers and lyricists of their music, you’ll notice the songs are not composed by the same group of people. For this album especially, i could distinguish the songs composed by the usual and by new composers. Nevertheless, SG Wanna Be member vocals are exceptionally good that it doesn’t matter what they sing, it all sounds good!

While most of people around me is busy finding Valentines Day gifts for now, I will write about some unique and popular “traditions” related to love like valentine in South Korea.
This is not exactly traditions, but these events really popular among people especially young people in South Korea. Here, women give chocolate to men on February 14, and men give non-chocolate candy to women on March 14 as the reply. People without couple go to a Chinese restaurant to eat black noodles and “enjoy” their single life on April 14. It is called Black Day. They also celebrate Pepero Day on November 11, when young couples give each other Pepero cookies. The date ‘11/11′ is intended to resemble the long shape of the cookie.
The funny fact is that in South Korea, the 14th of every month marks a love-related day. From January to December: Candle Day, Valentine’s Day, White Day, Black Day, Rose Day, Kiss Day, Silver Day, Green Day, Music Day, Wine Day, Movie Day, and Hug Day. It seems Korean really like creating event for their love life.

Another great work from Sean @ FM Base
For this example we will use the All Premier League Teams (Player Faces) which can be downloaded here.
1) Save the English_Premier_League.rar file to a temporary folder. Eg: Desktop or My Documents
2) You will need to download WinRAR to install this file. You can download it here.
2) Once downloaded right click on the English_Premier_League.rar file and choose WinRAR > Extract Files…
3) Change the destination path to
Vista -> C:\Users\Your Account Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\graphics\players\
XP -> C:\Documents and Setting\Your Account Name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\graphics\players\
4) Run Football Manager 2009
5) Go onto Preferences and click on Display & Sound (on the left). On this screen untick the box that says Use Skin Cache and tick the box that says Always Reload Skin on Confirm.
6) Press Confirm and it should reload the skin data and that should be it. The player pictures should now be working.
